Self Hosting – Blog, once again, with SSL.
Last modified on June 16, 2026
Finally managed to figure out what was wrong. so guys, enjoy the fresh SSL config for the site! 😛
Basically, the thing I was doing, I was trying to forward in nginx proxy manager, the call to port 443 on HTTPS, but the service internally does run on HTTP 80. so, OBVIOUSLY, nginx was trying to put to an invalid port and everything was blowing up. The more you know. (you all know what gif I’m referring to here… )
